 Hoplark presents zero calorie,
 non-alcoholic craft brews
 Two new Asian style beers
 launched by Dokkaebier
The two beers are a 5.5 percent
ABV Rice Kolsch and a 4.9 percent
 ABV Dalgona Amber.
 Dokkaebier dedicated a lineup of
beers to limited batch runs – the
 experimental brews. The cans are
kept a clean white, so the focus is
 on the inventive ingredient combinations.
   It’s basically a carte
blanche to be creative with flavors.
 The head brewer Aaron Weshnak
took leadership in the creation of the two new limited edition
beers. He is known for his previous work with the Russian
River Brewing Company of Pliny the Elder.
Dokkaebier founder and CEO Youngwon Lee said in an interview:
“With our newest experimental brews, we wanted to take
a playful approach to a main staple of Asian cuisine and a
 Korean street food favorite.”
The malty, traditional Kolsch comes with a slightly sweet flavor
and a bright citrus character. Rice adds a nutty and light toasted
taste, which becomes very prominent in the back and creates
a soft mouthfeel for a pleasant, balanced experience. The
rice flavors shine through from start to finish.
The dry amber ale is rich with the aromas of burnt caramel,
sweet caramel and toasted bread. The Korean sugar candy
dalgona is subtly sweet to the taste, but spot-on to the nose
when poured into a glass. The beer has a medium-high body,
a dry finish, and a mature, slightly spicy aftertaste.
The experimental creations are made in small artisanal batches
and are available only for a limited time, unless demand
suggests they ought to be added to the core lineup.
Hoplark, the Boulder, Colorado based company that produces
non-alcoholic craft beverages, has brought Hoplands
0.0, a non-alcoholic craft brew with zero calories on the market.
The drink also is free of sugar, carbs, gluten and added
flavors. The first product in the new line is Hopland 0.0 Citra
 and is avaiable now.
Hoplark was launched in 2018 and has developed its own
lines of HopTea, sparkling water and Hoplark Water, which is
a line of craft-brewed sparkling waters.
The new Hoplark 0.0 line is available at various retailers,
 amongst whom are Bev-
 Mo, Sprouts, King Soopers,
  Fry's Food Stores and
 Natural Grocers in Colorado,
  Southern California,
 Arizona, New Mexico and
 New York. 1

 Signature collection of honey-infused spirits
UK artisan drinks label, The Apiarist, has expanded its signature collection
of honey-infused spirits with the presentation of a blended, aged
 whisky.
The Apiarist was founded by Alex and Natalie Conti, enthusiastic beekeepers,
in September 2020, after they expanded their home apiary
during the first Covid-19 lockdown. The surplus honey was used to produce
a small batch of their honey-infused gin.
Now, the Apiarist Whisky joins their three unique gins, a 100 percent
British rum and a limited-edition malt spirit called "The Drunken Bee,"
that was specifically created for the festive season in 2021.
Bottled at 40 percent ABV, The Apiarist Whisky is available in a 70-cl
bottle from the brand’s online store. 1
